Adam Mahfouda
Partner
Adam Mahfouda is a real estate investor, operator, and executive with a diversified track record across multifamily, hospitality, net-lease retail, residential repositioning, and development-oriented investments. He is the founder and principal of Oxford Investments, where he focuses on acquiring, operating, repositioning, and monetizing real estate assets through hands-on execution and disciplined capital allocation.
Adam is also the Chief Executive Officer of FIND Real Estate, a large, multi-market brokerage with approximately 1,500 agents operating throughout the Northeast. Under his leadership, FIND has grown through strategic acquisitions, including the acquisition of Oxford and several other regional brokerages, creating a scaled platform focused on agent empowerment, operational efficiency, and long-term ownership alignment.
Adam’s investment experience spans a wide range of strategies, including value-add multifamily acquisitions, single-tenant net-lease assets, boutique hospitality and short-term rental operations, urban residential conversions, and development assemblages. His work includes the acquisition and repositioning of income-producing assets, the conversion of residential units for end-user sales, and the assemblage of development sites later sold to institutional developers.
Notable transactions include multifamily acquisitions in the Southeast, net-lease car wash assets, boutique hospitality properties in Manhattan, residential unit consolidations on the Upper West Side, and the assemblage of 130 William Street in Lower Manhattan, which was later sold to a major developer for ground-up construction.
Adam has overseen acquisitions, financing, renovations, operations, refinances, 1031 exchanges, and dispositions, allowing for efficient capital recycling and risk-managed growth across multiple real estate cycles. His operator-first approach enables him to evaluate assets not just as investments, but as businesses.
Adam attended Harvard University and brings a combination of institutional discipline and entrepreneurial execution to every platform he leads. He is known for navigating complex transactions, building scalable operating systems, and maintaining a long-term ownership mindset across both investment and brokerage businesses.

With 15 years of experience in real estate investment, Doron has continuously sought to provide long-term value to his clients by providing unparalleled insight and access to the ever-evolving real estate market. Having developed a methodology that views the real estate deal as a structured product trade, Doron has successfully invested billions of client capital into real estate. His clients are matched with real estate opportunities based on risk appetite, leverage capability, legal and tax structure, estate planning, and more. Doron also brings a background in the financial and legal industries to obtain funding for his local and international clients, and provides a hands-on, expertly-tailored service every step of the way. Doron holds an MBA from Columbia University, an LLM in Law, a BA in Communication and Management with Distinction from Tel Aviv University, and Post BA studies in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv.
